Robin's Limousine

Just had my sister in laws wedding. First off, the limo was half hour late due to some paperwork issue according to them. Once the limo arrived it was filthy, tint hanging off the window, trash inside from the previous night, speaker hanging off, and here is the kicker...PUKE in the wine bucket and the rear tire was loose. Once we got in the limo the driver asked US "Whats the fastest way to the church?" Isn't that their job?? A GPS costs under a $100 dollars...he had out a paper map. Also we avoided two accidents because he was lost. Horrible service!!

Robin's limo was fantastic! I booked with them several months before the wedding, and spring for their 20 passenger Escalade so that our entire wedding party could ride in it from the church to the reception. Thier service was great from end to end! They were at my parent's house to pick me up (the bride) along with my Bridesmaids and parents a few minutes early, and waited patiently while we finished taking some photos. The limo itself was in great condition, and there were two bottles of champagne inside for toasting on the way tot the reception...did I also mention we got red carpet service? They laid down a red carpet for me to walk on while getting the shots of getting out of the limo to walk with my father. I would very highly recommend Robin's Limo for any function, they are...

arrived on time and gave exceptional service, we rented the 14 pass. SUV limo and it was very nice and best price around for what I needed. also used them for my bachelorette party and rent the pink 14 pass. limo, great experience for both occasions.

Robins did a great job for our wedding!! I wish I remembered the limo drivers name because he was so wonderful! He pulled to take a picture of us girls all together (we didn't even have to ask!) We were running a few minutes late by the end of our contract time and he didn't seem upset or wasn't trying to push us at all. He was totally accommodating and we loved his sense of humor!

Kim was our driver on our wedding day, and she was absolutely amazing! She helped me so much with my dress and getting in and out of the limo. She was on time (actually pleasantly early), and made very stress packed moments really comfortable.

We had a very large wedding party. So they provided us with a 24 person passenger limo at a very good price. The day of our wedding went perfect and the driver was very nice. However, it was hard to get a hold of them. The phone number was not in service and it took a while to get a responce back from them.

What scared me the most about this experience was that Robin's Limo staff were not responsive at all. I did not recive a confirmation phone call, actually I had to call them and all the numbers I had for them gave me a busy tone everytime i contacted them. The day of some how I got in touch with them with a diffrent number that I googled dome how and got intouch with them. The driver was punctual, the service was great, The driving was a little crazy at times, the limo was clean in the inside. I did get my dress dirty somewhere between getting out or going in the limo at some time, but no one noticed. They have beautiful cars, The only thing is that their packages are only for 2 hours... Everyone knows that if you have an afternoon appt and have that 2.5 hour time frame between the ceremony and reception it takes about three hours of limo usage. they charge you a lot for the extra hour. Maybe that should be changed. Overall, it was a good experience!

Everything the day of was perfect and the price can not be beat.

Robin's Limo was a very affordable limo company. When I first contacted Robin's Limo, I was offered a large selection of limo's, I'm sure if I had asked I would have been able to check out the cars. The man I spoke with was so friendly and really wanted us to get the best deal. He even recommended that we hire the second car as a "night on the town" limo instead of a wedding limo, it saved us a lot of money! The car's that picked us up were clean, modern and comfortable. The drivers were professional and fun! The only problem I had with Robin's Limo was a lack in communication. There were several times, close to the date that I needed either a change or confirmation and was left in the dark. There was either no response or I was forced into repetedly having to email or call. Other then that, I would HIGHLY recommend them.

We had a very large wedding party. Therefore, we needed some heavy duty transportation. Robin's Limo provided us with a 22 passenger and 14 passenger vehicle. We were thrilled to be able to fit everyone and not need more than 2 vehicles. The booking went smoothly and the staff was very accomodating (we were able to view the vehicles prior to making a final decision.) We weren't expecting to spend as much as we did, but it was a must with such a large group. It was definately a good decision for us. As the bride I was extremely impressed with my driver. He was extremely attentive to me and very careful with every detail. We were very satified with our decision to choose Robin's Limo.
