Diane's Delectables did such an amazing job on our wedding cake and I couldn't be happier! I found Diane on a web search because I knew I wanted a dummy cake and I came across some great reviews. When I met with Diane I originally wanted a very traditional looking dummy cake, but Diane worked with me and helped me realize that I wanted anything but traditional! I let her take the reigns with the design and was floored by the finished product! Everyone was raving about how beautiful the cake turned out..a perfect royal blue three tier with a spooky tree coming up the side and red roses to fit my Halloween theme (and zombie cake topper!) Diane was also able to add a piece of real cake in the back that so we could do a cake cutting ceremony (and her real cake is amazingly delicious!) Diane was always very quick to respond if I had any questions or concerns and her prices are extremely reasonable. I could go on and on about how great Diane's Delectables is, but I highly recommend them to any bride, whether you're looking for a dummy cake or a real cake!

Diane's cake was FANTASTIC! This was the best tasting cake I have ever had. We used the 4 tier dummy cake, which she did an amazing job with. We used the apple cider cake and the white cake with raspberry cake filing and white chocolate chunks. This cake was so moist everyone at the reception loved it. We have already recommended her to two other brides. If you want a great cake that is better than any of the bakery's around contact Diane. She is wounderful to deal with and will listen to any questions or comments you have. Her communication with her brides is great. Diane thanks again we loved your cake.

Diane did a great job with our wedding cake. Of all the cakes I have tried, her cakes were the best, very moist and flavorful, all of the guest enjoyed the cake. When we went to the tasting my husband almost ate the entire huge plate of tasting cakes. She has a variety of flavors, and was very generous with the tasting portions. My mom loved the cake, and she is very picky. Not only that, but she was so reasonable and allowed us to stick with our budget. We did two different flavor selections. Diane was open and honest with all of our ideas. The cake was beautiful, and we cannot wait to have a bite of the Anniversary cake. Diane was also professional, flexible, and responded in a timely manner. We are even considering getting our future cakes (birthdays etc.) from her.

Diane was simply amazing to work with. She was so professional and yet so personable, as well. Having Diane as my cake vendor eased/relieved a lot of stress that came with planning the wedding from a different state. She was responsive through both email and phone and was always so reassuring! On the day of the wedding, everything went so smoothly! Her suggestions for the cake design were spot on and it looked so perfect. She went above and beyond what was stipulated in the contract. She even put aside some extra cake for us! Stephen (my hubby who hadn’t tasted the cake before) and many of the guests mentioned how delicious the cake was! I have complete trust in Diane’s work and I highly recommend Diane for any of your cake/baking needs!

We decided to have a dummy cake and sheet cakes. We decided to have a variety of three cakes for the guests to have a choice. Diane used the pattern from our Lenox set to create the scroll pattern on the cake. We decided to have Girl Scout cookie (thin mint), Oreo cream on yellow cake, and white chocolate rasberry. From feedback of guests, vendors, and wedding party it was the best cake and most unique for a wedding. My cousin actually used Diane as well. We had a large wedding and she accomodated us with more than enough slices to go around. The girl scout flavor was the most popular if you ask for what you want you will not be disappointed
